Volunteer

Your help makes a difference. Nearly 4,000 volunteers contribute a combined 35,000 hours of service every year to help Pine Street Inn provide shelter, housing and other crucial services to homeless men and women. Pine Street offers both individuals and groups a variety of opportunities for getting involved.

*REMEMBER TO INCLUDE A PHOTOCOPY OF A STATE ISSUED PHOTO ID WITH YOUR CORI FORM. Criminal background checks are conducted of all staff and volunteers at non-profit and human service organizations to ensure your safety and the safety of those we serve. A Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check must be completed before you begin to volunteer.

STEP 3: Attend an orientation

During the orientation, prospective volunteers will learn more about Pine Street, take a tour and review volunteer policies and opportunities.
